Kalász Banda will showcase their new material at PONT, so what you will hear is ‘fresh’ in more than one sense. Máté Kalász founded the band to bring out the ‘raw, dynamic, powerful and free’ side of Hungarian folk music. He picked musicians who share his vision and unconditional love of the heritage of the Carpathian Basin.
